SWIMMING POOL UPDATE

The Pool will be open today, June 30th.  Due to the Governor's Executive orders there are a number of guidelines to be followed:
 
1.   OPERATING HOURS ARE 9 AM TO 9 PM
2.   THE CAPACITY OF THE POOL FACILITY IS LIMITED TO 60 PEOPLE AT ANY GIVEN TIME
3.   NO GUESTS ARE ALLOWED.  FACILITY USE IS LIMITED TO MEMBERS AND THEIR FAMILIES.  A LIMIT OF TWO NON-RESIDENT FAMILY MEMBERS PER UNIT IS ALLOWED.
4.   NO ONE IS ALLOWED IN THE FACILITY IF THEY ARE EXHIBITING ANY SIGN OF FLU-LIKE ILLNESS INCLUDING: COUGH, FEVER, CHILLS, SORE THROAT, SHORTNESS OF BREATH  
5.   BY ENTERING THE FACILITY, MEMBERS AND THEIR FAMILY MEMBERS ACKNOWLEDGE THAT THEY:
a.    ARE USING THE FACILITY VOLUNTARILY
b.   ACCEPT ALL RISKS INHERENT TO THE USE OF THE FACILITY AND RISKS RELATED TO SHARING THE FACILITY WITH OTHERS
6.   MEMBERS AND THEIR FAMILY MEMBERS ARE RESPONSIBLE TO:
a.    PRACTICE SOCIAL DISTANCING FROM NON-FAMILY MEMBERS
b.   DISINFECT ALL SURFACES THEY TOUCH AFTER USING THE RESTROOMS
c.    DISINFECT THEIR POOL FURNITURE AFTER THEY FINISH USE
7.   BE RESPONSIBLE FOR EVERYONE’S SAFETY AND DO YOUR PART
8.   FAILURE TO FOLLOW THESE GUIDELINES WILL RESULT IN THE REVOCATION OF FACILITY PRIVILEGES
9.   FAILURE BY THE MEMBERS TO FOLLOW THESE RULES MAY RESULT IN THE CLOSURE OF THE POOL FOR THE REMAINDER OF THE SEASON.
  
SELLING YOUR UNIT?

If you are selling your unit and using a realtor, please make sure your realtor knows that lock boxes are to be hung only on the rings mounted to the columns at each entrance.  Some realtors have been hanging their lock boxes on the light fixtures.  We recently had to replace a fixture because the weight of the lock boxes pulled it away from the building.  Please make sure your realtor knows to use the rings that have been installed for the lock boxes.
