Large Item Special Pickup In Oversized Corral- 311

Our dumpsters are emptied mechanically.  The drivers do NOT get out of the trucks. 
If you have a large item for disposal, you must call for special pickup.  Simply call 311 and give them the address and the type of item left in oversized corral and they will send a truck for special pickup.  Thank you for helping to keep our community neat and clean.
REQUIRED INSURANCE COVERAGE

UPDATE:  MANY RESIDENTS HAVE ALREADY SUBMITTED COPY OF THEIR INSURANCE TO CMA AND TO THOSE WE SAY, THANK YOU.  TO THOSE WHO STILL HAVE NOT GOTTEN THEIR'S IN, PLEASE DO SO ASAP. GET COPY OF YOUR INSURANCE IN TO MANAGEMENT ASAP.  THANKS!
 
Effective immediately, we now require all homeowners to submit a copy of their existing insurance policy to CMA to be kept on file.  You can either email or regular mail to CMA at the address below.  It will be necessary to always have a copy of your current policy on file each year or with any changes.  The easiest way to accomplish this is to contact your insurance company and have them send a copy of each renewal to CMA.  Please send a copy of your current policy to CMA as soon as possible.  Thank you.

SELLING YOUR UNIT?

If you are selling your unit and using a realtor, please make sure your realtor knows that lock boxes are to be hung only on the rings mounted to the columns at each entrance.  Some realtors have been hanging their lock boxes on the light fixtures.  We recently had to replace a fixture because the weight of the lock boxes pulled it away from the building.  Please make sure your realtor knows to use the rings that have been installed for the lock boxes.
